When is my sign shipping?

Current turn around for handmade items is 2-4 weeks from date of purchase. 

 

I need a sign in less than 2 weeks! What do I do?

Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm we have space. You will be charged an added rush fee.

 

I'm local and want to pick up my order instead... how do we waive shipping costs?

Just contact us before ordering! We will make a custom listing for you! PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY WOOD SIGNS AND HANDMADE ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR LOCAL PICKUP. ALL OTHER ITEMS HAVE TO BE SHIPPED.

 

I've sent an e-mail to Designed With Love, when should I receive a response?

We respond to messages Monday through Friday between 9AM & 6PM and on Saturdays between 10am & 3pm Eastern Standard Time (Toronto Time). You may get a rare response after hours if we aren’t too busy! We like to take time for our family and friends on evenings and weekends and we hope our clients can respect that 😊

Will I receive my order in time?

If you are worried about the time frame, leave a note in the checkout with the date you need your sign. Just make sure it's between the 2-4 week mark. Anything sooner, you will be charged a rush fee.

 

How long is turn around?

Wedding season and Christmas can be unpredictable... times change very quickly due to amount of orders but we are currently sitting at 2-4 weeks.

 

Can I see a picture of my sign before you ship it?

Of course! Just message or add the note in checkout!

 

What's the best way to ensure I receive my sign on time?

Let us know at checkout about your wedding day or if the sign is a gift! Tell us the latest you need it, if you have a destination wedding or if you are travelling out of town! The more info you give us, the better!

 

Do you accept custom orders?

What pens work on the guestbooks?

You can use paint pens, Sharpies or chalk pens! We usually recommend white but we have seen clients use silver, black, gold... Whatever you want!

  

My item is damaged... what do I do?

Contact us with a picture of the damage and we can give you a solution or discuss a partial refund. We make sure all our items are glued, screwed and secured before we ship!
